For wellness clinicians

Your patients are already running peptides. This is where they track them.

PepBear is a peptide stack tracker built around 25 curated, source-vetted protocols — so the wellness patient asking you about BPC-157 has a structured way to actually run it. And so you have a way to stay in the loop.

The problem

Peptide-curious patients are doing this with or without you.

The question is whether they're running a curated, dose-aware, source-vetted protocol — or a Reddit thread.

🧪

Source roulette

COA quality varies wildly between vendors. Endotoxin levels, mislabeled compounds, and salt-form variants (BPC-157 acetate vs. base) all change the protocol — most patients have no idea any of this matters.

📋

Reddit-grade dosing

"I read on r/peptides that 250mcg BID for 4 weeks works." No category framing, no delivery-format awareness, no idea why oral BPC-157 routes to the gut and injectable routes systemically.

🩺

You're cut out of the loop

Patients are running stacks they don't mention because they assume you don't know peptides — or don't want to know. They show up with results (good or bad) and you're reverse-engineering the protocol.

How it works

Three steps. No biochem degree required.

01

Open the library

26 curated stacks across 9 categories — recovery, body comp, sleep, cognitive, immune, longevity, skin, gut, sexual health. Each card shows cost, in-stock status, and difficulty.

02

Tap a stack

See the full protocol: compounds, doses, frequency, duration, delivery format. Tap a compound to see vendor options — discount code copies automatically when you tap.

03

Track the loop

Daily dose checkbox. Notes for side effects. Inventory countdown. Trends across recovery, sleep, body comp — from your existing wearables (Apple Watch, WHOOP, Oura).

A Tuesday morning

A wellness patient walks in with a printed Reddit thread.

She's 38, runner, recurring patellar tendinopathy. Six weeks of conservative care plateaued. She's heard about BPC-157 from a friend and wants to know if she should "try peptides."

Without PepBear

You either dismiss it ("I don't treat with peptides") or hand-wave a recommendation. Either way, she's buying from the first vendor that comes up on Google — usually the wrong one.

With PepBear

You open the iPad. Library → BPC-157 + TB-500 Healing Stack ($129 from Limitless, all in stock). Walk her through the 6–12 week protocol. Show her the Tier-1 vendor with the auto-copied discount. She leaves with a structured plan, a tracking app on her phone, and a follow-up framework you both understand.

Persona 1 — You, personally

If you're peptide-curious yourself, this replaces the Reddit research phase.

Most clinicians who get into peptides start by experimenting on themselves. PepBear shortcuts that loop — instead of three weeks of forum-reading and vendor-comparing, you have a curated stack, a vetted source, and a tracking framework on day one.

  • Curation depth. Each compound is mapped to therapeutic category, delivery format, and salt form. Oral BPC-157 vs. injectable BPC-157 are not interchangeable; the app knows that.
  • Source verification. One Tier-1 vendor partner — Limitless Life Nootropics. Four-year affiliate relationship, COAs reviewed, batch-tested. Other vendors stay in the database for cross-reference but aren't surfaced.
  • Real cost transparency. Every stack card shows total cost from the Tier-1 source — and which compounds are in stock today vs. on backorder.
  • Progress tracking. If you wear an Apple Watch, WHOOP, or Oura, PepBear correlates dose timing against recovery and sleep. You see the loop, not just the inputs.
Persona 2 — Your clinic

For your wellness patients: a structured way to do something they're going to do anyway.

Patients aren't asking for permission anymore. They're asking for a framework. PepBear gives them one — and gives you a shared vocabulary so the conversation can actually happen.

What patients see

A clean library of vetted protocols. They tap a stack, the discount code (RICHPEP) auto-copies, they paste at checkout. Daily tracking is one tap.

What you keep

Authority. The conversation. The framework. (Planned: a clinic dashboard where opted-in patients share their stack and tracking — design in progress, not yet built.)

What patients actually do every day

A 5-second loop that survives past day 4.

Most peptide tracking dies in the first week — Reminders apps, spreadsheets, sticky notes on the fridge. PepBear's retention is built on three things: a 1-tap dose log, an inventory countdown that prevents running out mid-cycle, and an Assistant that's actually conversational.

dosed
Logged BPC-157 250mcg · 7:42am. That's 18 days straight. (2 doses ≈ 8 days of vial left.)
why is my hrv trash this week?
HRV 47 (vs 62 baseline). Three things changed: bench day on Mon was strain 18.4 (your 90th %ile), sleep dropped to 6h 4min Tue, alcohol logged Tue. Your stack's normal — this is a recovery debt, not the protocol.
Ask anything · or just "dosed"

Assistant tab

Type "dosed" — it logs from the active stack. Ask "why's my HRV trash this week" — it knows their stack, recovery data, and recent training, and answers in plain English.

Built on the patient's existing data

Four wearables in. Spreadsheet math out.

The data layer was the work. Patients connect what they already wear; PepBear blends it into one custom score and overlays dose timing against actual recovery — not vendor-proprietary recovery percentages.

Researching

Lab integration

Sync labs (Function Health, Quest, LabCorp) and link to stack outcomes. Researching the right approach — won't ship until it works honestly.

Under the hood

How the curation actually works.

Enough depth for a technically curious clinician. Not engineering — clinical reasoning.

Tier-1 vendor only

Limitless Life Nootropics. Four-year affiliate relationship. COAs reviewed, batch testing reviewed, support relationship in place. Other vendors are in our internal database for cross-reference but never surfaced to patients.

Delivery format awareness

Oral BPC-157 routes to gut tissue (helpful for IBD, leaky gut). Injectable BPC-157 routes systemically (joints, tendons). Nasal peptides cross BBB (cognitive). The app encodes this at the schema level — patients don't pick the wrong format by accident.

Salt-form discrimination

BPC-157 acetate vs. base. Different stability, different research pedigree. The catalog tracks both as distinct products even when they share a compound name.

FDA Category 2 reversal context

Eleven peptides came off the FDA do-not-compound list April 15, 2026. PCAC reviews scheduled July 2026 and February 2027. The legal compounding landscape is moving fast — PepBear tracks status per compound.

If they don't use this

They'll do it anyway. Worse.

The peptide market grew an estimated 40% in 2025. The question for any wellness practice isn't whether your patients will run peptides — it's whether they'll run them with a framework you're part of, or with a Reddit thread you've never seen.

What the alternatives look like

  • ×Generic supplement trackers — no curation, no source vetting, no delivery-format awareness.
  • ×Telehealth peptide clinics — vendor lock-in, vendor-conflict marketing, no clinician-friendly handoff.
  • ×Reddit + DIY spreadsheets — no inventory countdown, no batch tracking, no signal correlation.
FAQ

The hard questions.

Is this medical advice?+

No. PepBear is a tracking and curation tool, not a medical-advice platform. The library codifies generally-accepted peptide protocols — it doesn't prescribe, dose-adjust to individual labs, or treat conditions. Clinicians use it to inform conversations, never to replace clinical judgment. Footer disclaimer is explicit.

Aren't peptides illegal?+

Many of them are research chemicals legally obtained through 503A compounding pharmacies and research-use channels. The FDA reversed Category 2 status on 11 peptides on April 15, 2026; PCAC reviews are scheduled July 2026 and February 2027. The landscape is moving fast and PepBear tracks legal-compounding status per compound.

How is this different from a generic supplement tracker?+

Curation depth, delivery-format awareness, salt-form discrimination, and Tier-1 vendor vetting. A generic tracker doesn't know that injection BPC routes to systemic vs. oral BPC routes to gut. PepBear's schema does, and the recommendations route accordingly.

I'm on Android. Can I actually use this?+

Not yet — iOS only today, Android port targeted Q3 2026. Three real workarounds in the meantime: (1) most clinics have an iPad, which works perfectly; (2) email me below and I'll send you a screen-recorded demo from my own iOS app so you can see every screen; (3) use this page itself as the walkthrough — every screen below is rendered from the live product.

What's in it for me as a clinician?+

Phase 1 (today): a structured framework for the peptide conversations your patients are already starting. Phase 2 (in design): a clinic dashboard with opt-in patient stack visibility plus a partner program with revenue share on referrals. We're being deliberate about not over-promising — Phase 2 is real work to build, not vaporware.

Will my patients actually use it?+

They're already buying peptides; the question is whether they'll log them. Retention so far hinges on three things: 1-tap dose log, inventory countdown that prevents running out, and the wearable-correlation feedback loop. Patients with WHOOPs/Ouras/Watches stick because they finally see signal.

What's next

If this resonates, here's the easy path.

No form. No waitlist. Just three real steps in order of friction.

01

Try it on an iPad

If your clinic has an iPad, PepBear runs on it natively today. Same TestFlight link, same library, same vendor flow. Easiest way to actually pull it up in front of a patient.

02

Watch the demo

The 90-second walkthrough video drops into the slot near the top of this page once it's recorded. Same URL — just check back. No email needed.

03

Talk it through

If the clinic-dashboard angle looks like a real fit for your practice, just reach out — you have my number. Early input shapes the spec; nothing to sign up for.
